I believe creativity is a gift, and I try to use mine every single day — whether that means writing a mystery novel, crafting something from paper and tape, or making the world's most satisfying slime. 🌸
I Wrote a Mystery Novel
Yes, really. Diary Detectives #1: The Menacing Mad Man with a Mirror is set in ancient Alexandria, Egypt (212 B.C.!) and told through journal entries — so you feel like you're right there, pen in hand, cracking the case alongside Charlotte and her sharp-witted friends.

I Make Things Out of Everything
Give me paper, tape, Q-tips, cardboard, or whatever's lying around, and I will make something cool. I love creating with my hands almost as much as I love writing. And slime? Slime gets its own special place in my heart. There's something magical about turning raw materials into something that didn't exist before.
I'm an Animal Person
I don't have any pets — but don't feel too bad for me. I volunteer at animal shelters, I've befriended basically every neighbor's dog within a mile radius, and I'm pretty sure animals just know that I love them. Someday I'll have a whole houseful. 🐶🐱🐇
The Beach Is My Happy Place
I love to travel and explore, and nothing ends a trip better than the ocean. Swimming in the sea, the sound of waves, the saltwater on your skin — there is truly nothing better. 🏖️
